1. Definitions

1.1. Safescout24 refers to the company that specializes in safe storage services for jewelry and valuables.

1.2. Customer refers to the person or institution that uses Safescout24’s services.

2. Safe storage services

2.1. Safescout24 offers services for the safe storage of jewelry and valuables. Customers can rent safes to keep their assets safe.

2.2. Safescout24 is committed to maintaining storage facilities in safe and appropriate conditions to protect customers’ property.

3. Rental agreement

3.1. Customers must sign a rental agreement to use Safescout24’s services. This Agreement sets forth the specific rental terms and conditions, including the rental period and applicable fees.

3.2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing the rental agreement.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Customers agree to pay the rental fees according to the terms and conditions set out in the contract.

4.2. The rental fees can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually, as agreed between Safescout24 and the customer.

5. Security and Access

5.1. Safescout24 uses strict security measures to protect customers’ property. Access to storage facilities is restricted and monitored.

5.2. The customer receives personal access data and a security code to access their safe. The customer is solely responsible for keeping this information confidential.

6. Liability of Safescout24

6.1. Safescout24 undertakes to keep customers’ property safe and not to disclose confidential information about the contents of the safes.

6.2. Safescout24 is not responsible for any damage or loss due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, fires, theft or vandalism.

7. Termination of contract

7.1. The customer can terminate the rental agreement at any time, provided he notifies Safescout24 in a timely manner.

7.2. Safescout24 reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer does not comply with the conditions set out in the agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Safescout24 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and updated versions will be made available to customers.

8.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check the updated terms and conditions.

9. Place of jurisdiction

9.1. In the event of disputes, the place of jurisdiction applies to the Safescout24 location.

By using Safescout 24’s services, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to respect them.
